First of all today I heard Rosh Sillars speak for the ASMP which was fairly interesting, you can check him out at http://www.roshsillars.com/

Next, this weekend I will be going to NYC and assisting Dance Photographer, Lois Greenfield (http://www.LoisGreenfield.com) in a workshop she is having.

And back to the photoshoot.

Michael Harris is a Musical Theatre Freshman at Point Park University, and we decided to have a photoshoot. We had a grand old time, and it was lots of fun as you can see....

Sam is a Freshman in Musical Theatre Major, and Erin is a Sophomore Dance Major at Point Park.

Both of them found out they were doing this minutes before the shoot, so my job became getting two strangers, to each other, getting into improvisational themes and playing off of each others facial expressions. So with some warm up exercises we came up with, they began to really get into the moment and have a whole world of their own. Even when someone walked into the studio and asked a question, they just kept going from one theme to the next, it was wonderful to see two people play off of each other in that way.

Brittany and I both had a gap in our Monday schedules so we decided to go on a little shoot. The time we both had free was also midday which is not necessarily the optimal time to go shooting, but that's the time we had, so I had to work with it.

I was getting some food and I ran into Ashley. We both had some free time on our hands and she only had one rehearsal that night. Also it was just too nice outside to stay in. So we walked over by The Point and shot a few frames.
