2 lights and 10 minutes with Charles Hall
I was looking for someone to shoot and I came across Charles Hall. Little did I realize he only had 10 minutes before he had to leave.
In any case Charles Hall has been working at Pennsylvania Governor's School for the Arts in the summers for many years as a drummer, which is how I know him. For the summer of 2009 Governor's School is going to be closed down for the first year since it started in 1973.
